Common questions

How do I rate a road?

After a ride, the summary lists the roads that still need a rating. Tap Review Roads to step through them and pick a surface. You can also rate any road from the Map tab.

Why does Mazz Maps need my location all the time?

Only while you record a ride, so tracking continues with the screen off. Otherwise location is used only while the app is open.

How do I connect or disconnect Strava?

Go to Account › Strava. Disconnecting revokes Mazz Maps' access and deletes the stored tokens.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account › Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, ride log, saved routes, group rides, feedback and Strava connection. See the privacy policy for details.

What devices are supported?

iPhone, iPad, and Apple silicon Macs.
